With Christmas right around the corner, I am busier than ever, but I am loving it! Regardless, my game of catchup ensues and I simply adore this couple! Mary and Brandon truly hold a special place in my heart. If you know my family I am blessed and lucky enough to be married to my high school sweetheart, and Mary and Brandon have the same special relationship. Their firefighter engagement session was so much fun to photograph! Mary and Brandon met when they were only 12 years old. She was instantly head over heels in love with him, and after a long relationship and going from friendship to love they were extremely excited to finally commit themselves to each other officially 12 years later. Mary is a stylist at the Bad Apple Salon (note the fabulous hair!), and Brandon (as you can tell) is a firefighter, and they are simply beautiful together. Their personalities shine through with little effort and there is so much behind these images. Mary and Brandon have some wonderful friends who own a ranch. On their ranch, they have a very old history cabin on their property. It was absolutely gorgeous and had me feeling reminiscent of The Notebook. Mary wore a dress that her grandmother made and wore back in the 1940s\1950s! She rocked it! We recreated a picture that they have taken since they were dating back in high school. Their personalities truly shine through in the image of Brandon piggybacking on Mary’s back. My heart soars at the opportunity that I had to document their beautiful love and I cannot wait to share their wedding pictures!
